Inside Sales Analyst Job Responsibilities : - Product Knowledge : Keeping up with product and service information and updates; pitching it in the most efficient manner to potential clients to generate sales.- Chat and Analysis : Communicating with customers, making inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, and following upon leads, scheduling demonstrations for the same.- Customer Relationship Management : Prompt addressal to customer grievances and needs- Sales : Upselling products and services.- Researching and qualifying new leads.- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.- Work profile- 6 days a week with rotational week offs, work from office.Requirements : - Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwares.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.- Solution Oriented - Ability to drive solutions, actively think about next steps.- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.- Exceptional customer service skills.- Strong listening and sales skills.- Ability to achieve targets.
