Extrusion Quality Engineer
Job Description
Job description for the position of Extrusion Quality Engineer :
To carry out activities to suggest improvement in processes for having stable product quality, improved productivity, reduced energy conservation and reduction in cycle time. To benchmark world class extrusion products, identify the gaps and suggest recommendations for process changes to attain world class quality. Organise technical trainings provide process related inputs to the operation and maintenance team. Analysis of process deviation & reduction of process deviations by finding the root cause. Ensure effective working of WCM subcommittees of Strategic Quality Management. To monitor and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions so as to achieve zero injuries in the working area. To ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements
Job specific Technical Skills :
Knowing about Sampling Methods
Understanding of the SQC (Statistical Quality Controls) methods
