Responsibilities
- Development of planned changes ranging from large bank-wide projects to RTB-type tasks
- Technical Analysis of changes, effort estimation, solution design, etc.
- Understanding the business requirements and end-to-end development
- Work with the QA team to ensure timely defect remediation and proper test coverage
- End-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with Business Analysts and Testing team
- Drive solution design discussions with the wider team and mentor/train more junior members of the team
Must have
- 6+ Years of strong experience in Murex Support
- Strong in SQL & Unix
- Good hands-on experience in debugging issues in Murex technical configuration (Hands-on experience on resolving Datamart/ MXML pre & post-trade/ Realtime/ MRE VAR issues a must),
- Markets Trading system experience, Murex, FX, Commodities, Derivatives.
- OS: RHEL 7, Unix, and Java process knowledge
- Batch Schedule: Control-M, Control-M AFT,
- Applying incident, change, and service management within a financial services environment
- Cloud: AWS
- Willing to work in shifts
Nice to have
- DevOps on Murex experience (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc) highly regarded
- Good Java experience, especially integrating Java code in MXML
- Exposure to Commodity type trades
- Pretrade experience
- Technical solution design experience and start-to-end solution ownership
