Calling & responding to customers and resolve the problems, reporting to through E-mails to Team leader and manager, fallow up with the compliments & requirements
Maintain the good relationship with customers and take up the responsible for the fulfillment of demand of customers. Customer support ect.
Keys kills
Candidate shall be Graduate with 0-2 Yrs of Experience in Telecalling.
Should have good communication skills
