Role Description We are looking for a full-time Tele Marketing Executive to join our team at Novique Life Sciences, located in Panchkula. The candidate will be responsible for pitching and selling pharmaceutical products over the phone to potential customers, with the aim of meeting sales targets. The role requires the candidate to make a high volume of outbound calls daily, respond to customer queries, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The candidate must have good communication skills, be comfortable in a sales-driven environment, and be willing to work on site. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Good computer skills and experience in using CRM software Ability to learn about pharmaceutical products and stay up to date with the industry trends and regulations Willingness to work on site and be comfortable with a sales-driven environment
