:
1.Microsoft Exchange Transport service & Mail Queue monitoring
2.Support and monitor for DAG
3.Support & monitor for Exchange Database and backup.
4.Msteams installation & troubleshooting issue.
5.Enable,configure & troubleshoot the MS-Intunes (EMS) in mobile device.
6.Enable,configure & troubleshoot the MS-Intunes (MDM) in Laptop.
7.Troubleshoot for mail flow issue(like mail not deliver & spam mails issue)
8.Create condition transport rule policy for client requirement
9.Troubleshoot for Outlook & Owa issue .
10.Troubleshoot for Azure Active Directory sync issue
11.support for Hybrid AAD issue and configure.
12.Creation & deletion for exchange email id and assign the groups.
13. Support for Lync server monitoring and user creation & deletion.
14.Support & troubleshoot for Lync/ocs/skype of business issue
15.DLP policy creation and support end users
16.support for Archive Mailbox retention Policy, retention tag.
17.Support for DKIM & Dmac issues.
18.support & configure the MFA for the end users.
19. Exchange server patching & monitor.
20.Create,deletion for Distribution group and add /remove users from Distribution group.
21.Maintaning for Office365 administrator Center. (exchange online, share- poi,onedrive..etc).
22. Support for SSO (Single sign-on) issue.
22. Monitor and support for Active directory and Azure AD Connector sync .
