- Note - Data Centre Experience is Must. Exchange Engineer is responsible for the design, build, implementation and management of Microsoft Exchange system and Microsoft 365/Exchange Online administration in a hybrid environment. This includes related components for anti-spam/anti-virus, archiving, mobile device support, and bulk e-mail systems utilizing technologies to ensure efficient mail flow and delivery to internal and external organizations. Expert knowledge of Windows Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft Federation services. In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC) and Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Bookings, One Drive/SharePoint, etc. Knowledge of Linux operating system with experience in other email application servers. Management of email encryption services and technologies. Expert knowledge in Powershell; create and maintain scripts/application code utilizing Powershell or appropriate coding language for management and operation of email related services. The incumbent is a subject matter expert and their direct responsibility is for the achievement of e-mail service level objectives. This position provides technical guidance, direction, and as required assistance to service stakeholders. On-call during non-business hours. Incumbent will be required to perform certain work duties outside normal business hours from home. Job description:

• Experience of active directory with Exchange Server (2016 and above)
• Designing Implementation and Administration of Active Directory with MS Exchange server 2016
• Active Directory administration,policy implementation and security deployment.
• Responsible for website Active Directory management.
• Active Directory Administrator roles including creating and managing domains, preparing disaster recovery strategies, offering technical support to users, upgrading software, and handling user accounts.
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Designing Implementation and Migration of on-premise exchange
• Expert knowledge in trouble shooting Email routing issues, DAG, End User connectivity issues.
• Configuring & troubleshooting Auto Discover, Offline Address Book, Out of Office, Scheduling & free/busy, Exchange Active Sync, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Connectivity, RPC over HTTP (Outlook Anywhere).
• Configure and Implementation of AD Sites and Services, also Knowledge on MS Service Account, Ms Clustering, LDAP Integration etc..
• Active Directory administration, policy implementation and security deployment.
• Understanding of BCP, Backup and disaster recovery concepts.
• Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts.
• End Point Security Deployment.
• ITIL Certification would be added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent education/experience computer & information science
• Minimum 6 years general IT exp. w/ 4+ yrs in an enterprise Microsoft Exchange environment w/ at least 3 yrs w/ Exchange 2010/2013/2016 & 1yr of Microsoft 365;
• 8 years general IT experience.
• Microsoft Certification in Messaging, system administration, development or similar; Experience migrating from previous version and competing platforms to Exchange 2020/2016/Exchange Online;
• Knowledge of Identity management/directory sync solutions;
• Knowledge of Bulk/List Server administration;
• Knowledge of enterprise email encryption technologies;
• Knowledge of enterprise email anti-spams/anti-virus technologies;
• Knowledge of enterprise email archive technologies;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Experience in configuration/administration of cloud based collaboration services.
