Position Summary with Job Responsibilities 1.This is a position to intergrate complete module of Fuel & Exhaust System for successful delivery for different projects. 2.To lead complete Vehicle Module Team ( VMT) with team members from AQ,P & SC,QA,Manufacturing,TS,Vehicle Engineering,VATS. 3.Represent module in various forums of projects with VIG,Product Line,AQ,P & SC,VE,VATS,QA,TS teams as a single point contact ( SPOC) for the Module. 4.Ensure timely delivery of various project milestones for the module.\' Education B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical) Work Experience Minimum - 8 years Maximumu-15 years Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Developing Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excel Leading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to change Driving Execution - Translating strategy into action and execution Leading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standards Motivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individuals Customer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectations Functional Competencies Tags
