you\xe2\x80\x99ll be our: Module Lead- Chassis Structures you\xe2\x80\x99ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru you\xe2\x80\x99ll be aligned with : Team Lead - Chassis Structures you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a member of : Chassis - Structures What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do at Ather:

• Oversee the design and delivery of Chassis Structures Module for parts like frame, swing arm, side stand, Main stand, Footrests, Grab handle, Handlebar etc.
• Monitor health status of the program (for Cost, Time, Quality targets) and ensure C,T,Q targets are met for the module / project.
• Drive various design activities for Program delivery
• Drive and facilitate various decision makings for the module
• Verify Chassis design work through internal team reviews
• Rallying CFTs together for various deliverables of the chassis structure module
• Ensure compliance to Ather Standards and Processes for Chassis module delivery
• Facilitate Sprint planning with Product Manager and Swimlanes by setting context to the Sprint deliverables on Chassis design front
• Monitor Design risk register and bugs for the module
• Ensure BoM and drawings in Teamcenter
• List out and monitor Simulation and Testing DVPs with respective teams for Structural parts
• Interpreting the outcomes of Testing and Simulations for improvement in designs
• Develop DFMEA aligned with DVPs for the structural parts

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what we are looking for:

• Experience working on 4 to 8 structure system design
• Knowledge of DFA, DFM, DFS, DFR etc.
• An understanding of the interaction of structures with other integration parts
• High proficiency in Solidworks /CATIA
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter
• Knowledge of DFMEA approach to product development
• Engineering Materials and their applications
• Knowledge of GD&T, Stack, Tolerance and Fit analysis
• Knowledge of DFSS (preferred)
• Knowledge of Should Costing.

You bring to Ather:

• Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or any other equivalent degree
• 4 to 8 years of experience in automotive structures design and development
