Your Tasks:

• Support and execute the MM Business Services team's daily tasks
• Comply with ZF and Materials-Management (MMS) strategy, rules and policies
• Detection of recurring tasks & development of automation concept for those
• Execute data maintenance as approved by the business in the respective systems (SAP, SupplyOn, COPS, ZF Contract DB and PLM)
• Ensure ZF standard and compliance by Coordinating with suppliers for Onboarding and uploading of ISO certificates in the supplier portal
• Verbal/written supplier collaboration in terms of data collection & analysis
• Support Program and Commodity team in generating and publishing the periodical (weekly/monthly) comprehensive reports
• Execute the process as per the standard guidelines and Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve the operational targets / SLAs such as Volume, Quality, Turn Around Time (TAT) and Productivity
• Coordinate and Collaborate with the stakeholders by understanding their requirements to support and resolve the issues on time in process/project.
• Providing Inputs to process initiatives and improvement projects
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations
• Execution of the tickets as per the business needs by adhering to the agreed turnaround time.
• Provide regular status reports on assigned tasks according to agreed service levels and adapt work as required

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably) or any graduate with 3+ years of experience in Transactional/Reporting role
• Hands on experience working in SAP (end user) is must
• Experience in MS Power Platform (PowerBI)
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Sharepoint)
• Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy
• High affinity in dealing with numbers, data management, creation of evaluations
• High-level Fluency in English (Mandatory)
