Dashboard Manager/MIS Manager The Dashboard Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of data dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making. The Dashboard Manager works closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensures that dashboards are accurate, timely, and actionable. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboard development. - Design and develop data dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. - Ensure that dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals. - Identify and implement improvements to dashboard design and functionality based on user feedback and best practices. - Monitor dashboard performance and address any issues or discrepancies. - Train and support users in accessing and using dashboards effectively. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in dashboard design and data visualization. Qualification: - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. - Several years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization. - Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
