Role

As Ops and MIS Manager, you will be a part of EMBU Team and will report to Lead-Digital Partnership Services

A purpose driven role for you

You\'ll be involved in managing operations and MIS for Digital Services and Partnerships

A Day in the life

Co-ordinate with partners and vendors for reconciliation and payments.
Responsible for solving interdepartmental queries regarding digital services and partnership.
Creating weekly and monthly reports for dealer reimbursements for partnership led initiatives.
Creating training module with the help of partners and arrange for Sales and Post Sales team trainings for partner product and processes.
Gather, assimilate, and organize data from diverse sources including e-commerce, website and App.
Creating circulars for internal communication regarding Digital services and partnership new products and update in the existing products.
Extract actionable insights from data that drive improvements across various partnership and digital service initiatives.
Conceptualize, design and implement MIS reports as required by Management information needs.
Developing report and analysing data by using for reporting to the management.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Must be a Graduate, MBA - preferred
7-10 years
