- Oversee all Operations, coordinate production, and monitor all site systems,
- Assist with Development of methods and Procedures, participate in crusher
- Department safety meetings and offer ideas for continuous improvement of the crushing facility operations, perform conveyor and sacker move as needed, assisted metallurgical personnel to achieve maximum system performance and recovery
