• Responsible for all shop activities regarding Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance, Inspections, Backlogs, major component replacement, programming and executing all planned maintenance activities, in charge of the critical parts management, stock inventory, min-max and major components plan and execution.
• As a Site Manager, you not only have to develop the leadership capabilities of the Team Leaders but also groom the talent reporting the OM.
• To assist the Operations Manager (OM), manage the assets of EPIROC MINING INDIA Ltd. to achieve the highest level of performance at the lowest total cost of ownership.
• Ensure EPIROC MINING INDIA Ltd. core values for the business unit are integrated into all aspects of EPIROC MINING INDIA Ltd. operation and management.
• Ensure that maintenance personnel and contractors adhere to safe and environmentally responsible work practices.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• B.E / Diploma in Electrical /Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of experience in similar field.
• Experience of handling team more than 100 are preferred.
• Min. 5 years supervisory experience on similar roles and additionally 5 years’ experience on team leader role. He must have handled a maintenance workforce more than 100 people including service Engineer, Team Leader, Planners,
• mechanics/electricians/fitters/artisans/welders.
• Exposure to working in a large contract Environment.
• SAP user experienced
• Training in SL1 and SL2 level
• Management Course
• Demonstrable understanding of equipment costs and operating influences on costs.
• Exposure to reliability engineering
• Knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, Contract Management.
• Good communication skills oral & written
• Sound report writing skills
• Financial acumen and understanding of cost implications and costing models.
• Understanding equipment reliability and availability requirements and implications
• Solid ability to plan and organise work.
• Demonstrate diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work through others to achieve goals and objectives
• Conflict management skills
• Sound customer liaison and negotiation skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
