Overview of job:
Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world\'s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are looking for Manager- eCommerce. We seek a collaborative and results-driven eCommerce Executive with a passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience to join our eCommerce team.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Associate Director - Ecommerce

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Understand current setup & identify issues
  • Create best practices to eliminate road blockers in account level
  • Start contributing to ecommerce pitches with audit & strategies
In six months:
  • Identify areas of improvement across all accounts
  • Drive reduction in ACOS across accounts
In 12 months:
  • Innovate ways to increase ecommerce investment & drive results for client
  • Hire & build & team
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
  • Identify areas of improvement in all accounts & take corrective measure
  • Groom & mentor team of executives
  • Update clients & internal stakeholders about the progress
What you\'ll bring:
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms
  • Proven & tested strategies to improve ROAS thru. Ecommerce advertising
  • Expertise in tools & technologies to improve efficiencies & automation
Minimum qualifications:
  • Operationalize campaign plan for ecom clients across marketplaces, platform and properties, in accordance with Client goals .
  • Coordinate with content partners on content/PDP/creative plan and development
  • Coordinate with Client on guidelines/approvals
  • Coordinate with ecom partners to take campaign/content live
  • Coordinate with Client ecom team and platform team for operational fulfillment
  • Creating and compiling campaign analysis reports for reviews
  • Supporting campaign ops wrt estimate/RO creation, billing etc
  • Supporting in managing operations for new projects
  • Work for performance improvement on ongoing basis along with client/internal/external teams
