Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on understanding of the code, environments, and ability to review code and technology performance.
• Leading a team of Technology consultant and be a coach to have a positive impact on the organization and chart a fulfilling career path.
• Be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team in making diligent architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
• Work with our talent organization to source and hire amazing engineers who will expand the Moder culture and product.
• Add positive energy in every meeting, and make your coworkers feel included in every interaction.
• Own, execute and deliver the processes to drive engineering quality and meet our engineering SLAs.
• Navigate the team through unusually high uncertainties such as:
• Delivering top quality products in a very tight timeframe, on top of platforms which are constantly in a state of flux.
• Be flexible to do hands on technical work and play different roles as situation demands.
• Being good at stakeholder management and proactive communication
• Being the end-integration layer, be extremely comfortable with dealing with an exceptionally high level of uncertainty and a steep learning curve of working with new platforms /teams across technologies

Job Experience Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years of software engineering management
• Capability to manage engineers working across frontend and backend technologies.
• You have designed, built, and scaled production applications and very hands-on in leading a team of highly competent engineers.
• You know what high quality code ? and software engineering processes ? look like and know how to foster an environment that creates them.
• You?re passionate about building an open financial system that brings the world together.

Skills:

• Good understanding of BPM, Process mining and automation skills
• Good knowledge of RPA solutions including Blueprism/UI Path
• Good understanding of database, cloud, and digital technologies

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech, MCA
