Job Description


  • Will be responsible for Identifying, developing and managing relationship with customer stakeholders
  • Capable to handle CXO’s across segments/MNC’s
  • Proficient in preparing presentations and delivering the pitch
  • Monitor health and proactively reach out to accounts based on key metrics/events/triggers
  • Work closely with Delivery and Solutions team to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities in existing engagements
  • Develop & nurture relationship with Microsoft point of contacts
  • Understanding of licensing and promotions of Microsoft business apps
  • Capable of getting contract documentation, revenue realisation
  • Alternatively, experience in sales of other ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Ramco will also work.
