The candidate will work as part of the Enterprise CRM team supporting Visa s Sales and Merchant businesses. The ideal candidate will own/lead the architect, design, develop, implement and support of key Sales/Service modules for the B2B businesses. The role will involve/participate in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the CRM platform and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience/expertise in developing technical solutions in the CRM domain.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead/own/drive MS Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy
  • Support high quality business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
  • Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands
  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels
  • Coordinate/collaborate with other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions
  • Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance
  • Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects
  • Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design
  • Create documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance
  • Engineering/ops excellence is a key expectation from all employees and the candidate should be comfortable in supporting/improving existing applications while meeting SLA/OLAs
  • Must have hands-on experience with working in Agile/Scrum methodology/environment
  • Must have hands-on experience in understanding/improving release management procedures

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • 06 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience and expertise in CRM entities such as - workflows, configurations, customization, reporting, dashboards, web resources, power platform, security model and UI development
  • Mandatory Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems using web services
  • Strong .Net and C# skills. Knowledge of Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is preferred
  • Experience extending Dynamics CRM workflows using .Net components
  • Significant experience in development and support of CRM applications
  • Experience in building database queries and procedures
  • Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs
  • Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline. Master’s Degree is a plus
