The candidate will work as part of the Enterprise CRM team supporting Visa s Sales and Merchant businesses. The ideal candidate will own/lead the architect, design, develop, implement and support of key Sales/Service modules for the B2B businesses. The role will involve/participate in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the CRM platform and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience/expertise in developing technical solutions in the CRM domain.
