The planning /Implementing and overseeing entire Security Operations for the assigned area of responsibility. In this role, the individual is accountable to deliver established goals, utilizes good judgment to assess and escalate situations when warranted and utilizes knowledge and skills in the area of expertise while maintaining expected quality standards.

- Security Systems Management
- Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services.
- Surveillance, Security Vendor Management.
- Loss Prevention, visitor management.
- Security Management, Vigilance,
- Security Operations, Industrial Security, Security Services
- Fire & Disaster Management- Basics
- Technical Convergence for security- Basics
- Knowledge of TQM relevant to department
- High customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills - Written, Spoken
- Proficiency in MS office
- Analytical skills
- Good PR skills
- Soft skills
- Full time Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in security required is 10+ yrs.
