Role & Responsibilities:- KPIs - Marketing Qualified Leads, Golden Ratios (MQL to Lead Ratio, Demo to MQL Ratio & More)- Handle qualification calls for new marketing qualified leads - Identify if the prospect\'s BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timing) are in line with our expectations. It\'s critical to empathise with the prospect and make sure their goals are aligned with our service.- Connect and engage with leads generated through website, paid campaigns and other lead generation sources including follow-ups.- Should poses good ICP (Initial Customer Profiling) skills and probing the leads to convert them to Marketing Qualified Leads and transfer them to the Field Sales.- Execution of campaign to nurture existing leads to convert them to MQLs and there after SQLs so that they keep moving in the Marketing Funnel.- Coordinating with Marketing Qualified Leads and help them move seamlessly in the marketing funnel.- Maintaining the reports of the Marketing funnel.- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs- Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metricRequired Skills:- Good communication skills and phone etiquettes.- Active listening skills- Strong convincing skills- Client handling skills- Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clientsDesired Skills:- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred- Solution oriented with effective problem-solving skills- Knowledge of Digital, CRM selling/SAAS will be an added advantage- Graduate/MBA/ B.tech /B.E from a reputed college or university.- 1-4 years\' experience in BD preferably inside sales.
