We are looking for someone to develop and manage NIQ BASES business and client relationships in the Middle East by designing, executing, and presenting market research studies to meet clients\' research objectives. The role will report to the account lead and will be based out of Mumbai, India. Job Overview: The analytics lead will be responsible for end-to-end analytics & project management of all research projects on key global accounts in MENAP . The person would be responsible for end execution of projects with the support of aligned analyst team, ensuring good quality of deliverables within the planned timelines of the project and supporting the growth and development of the analytics team. The analytics lead will report into the Accounts Lead. Responsibilities and Duties: Client Servicing Lead client communication upon project commissioning Consulting with clients and ensuring quality deliverables with good client feedback Lead client presentations involving research teams, marketing, sales, R&D etc. Support the account lead in developing value add material such as Though Leadership, outreach campaigns, META analysis Operational Excellence Ability to read through quantitative data and derive actionable insights for decision making Translate insights into high quality deliverables in a timely manner Enabling client ready reports to be delivered to the account lead Monitoring day-to-day progress of projects, and communicating with PC\'s, TAB, etc. as required Flagging of and identifying corrective measures in the event of data quality issues or unforeseen events impacting the project Bringing efficiencies in the reporting process and finding avenues to further enhance the analytics People Management Onboarding, training, and developing team members Be responsible for the team\'s learning curve & growth within the organization Qualifications A little bit about you: Curiosity drives your interest in what impacts consumer choices.
