About the Team:

As the HR team, we play a key role in getting onboard the right talent to make Meesho India\'s preferred shopping destination. We continuously hunt for the best practices across the globe to take our people-practices to the next level. As Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst, you\'ll join us in making data-backed decisions to make Meesho the most sought-after place to work.

We closely work with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives and finetune our processes, aligning our decisions with company goals.

About the Role:

- As a part of the Total Rewards Team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of Meesho\'s Total Rewards Philosophy : Cash & Equity based compensation and administration of employee benefits and wellness. You\'ll assess personnel needs pertaining to Total Rewards and draft targeted programs that will enable our high performance work culture, and provide exceptional employee experience.

- In this role, you will collaborate extensively with our Talent Acquisition Team, HRBPs and business leaders. You will also help in resolving talent concerns besides creating awareness and communication on Total Rewards programs.

What you will do:

- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Team, HRBPs and Business Leaders to effectively communicate Total Rewards frameworks, guidelines, and identify and solve specific problems pertaining to the same

- Make data-backed recommendations for current compensation positioning, new hire salaries, and pay increases, ensure internal pay parity, transparency and external market competitiveness

- Study industry best practices through extensive benchmarking and networking and present insights to improve our own processes

- Participate in compensation surveys to determine the company\'s overall competitive position and analyze data to develop appropriate pay ranges

- Conduct Annual Budgeting for People cost, create frameworks for pay increases and ensure their effective implementation

- Understand and analyze Equity compensation data and create frameworks for distribution of Equity grants to employees

- Drive wellness initiatives based on the needs of employees and manage negotiations with benefit vendors, analyze cost impact, and present proposals to internal stakeholders

What you will need:

- 2+ years of work experience in Total Rewards roles, preferably in the e-commerce space or fast growing Indian Startups

- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

- Excellent data analysis skills, and data driven problem solving

- Experience in Compensation Survey participation, Implementation of Annual Increments and People Cost Budgeting

- Experience in administration of Benefits and vendor management Experience with Equity based compensation programs

- Exposure to Compensation and Equity Management Tools

- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities

- MBA from a Tier 1 B- School
