Job Title: Medical Insurance specialist (Individual) (WFH) : We are seeking a dedicated Renewal & New Business Specialist to join our team, specializing in Individual Medical Basic Policies. This role will be instrumental in managing the renewal process for all basic policies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for issuing new policies, providing exceptional service to clients throughout the policy lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Management:
- Contact clients in a timely manner to discuss policy renewals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Follow up with clients regarding renewal requirements, documentation, and any necessary information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and provide accurate renewal data.
- Execute policy renewals promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- New Policy Issuance:
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable basic policies based on their requirements.
- Facilitate the issuance of new policies, guiding clients through the application process.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Input new policy information into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, striving to exceed expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from issuance to renewal.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Adhere to all UAE insurance standards and regulations in the issuance and renewal of policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to individual medical insurance.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Any Bachelor\'s degree
- Proven experience in insurance, particularly in individual medical policies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
