Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking an Medical Insurance Quality Analyst to work at for our top Healthcare/Medical client. The Medical Insurance Quality Analyst is responsible for executing processes designed to ensure quality assurance. Job Title: Medical Insurance Quality Analyst Schedule: Monday-Friday - Flexible to work an 8 hour shift between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Pay Rate: $26.67 per hour Location: Remote Duration: 4 month contract position RESPONSIBILIITES

• Demonstrate understanding of applicable quality requirements/ guidelines such as escalation procedures and use of Subject Matter Experts.
• Demonstrate and apply understanding of established quality concepts and principles.
• Adhere to established quality processes, procedures, requirements and guidelines.
• Demonstrate understanding of specific workgroups.
• Demonstrate knowledge of procedural flows and processes.
• Utilize applicable systems/tools to maintain and document quality metrics/outcomes.
• Document call quality/efficiency/effectiveness, using applicable metrics and tools.
• Review/analyze quality data/metrics/ and report improvement opportunities.
• Identify and communicate call quality patterns/trends to applicable stakeholders in order to drive appropriate action and meet future business needs.
• Monitor audit reports/results and provide feedback as needed to drive/validate process effectiveness.
• Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives and deadlines.
• Review and monitoring of agent sales activities (seasonal); supporting agency compliance initiatives, specifically updated CMS (Medicare) requirements.
• Cross functional team overseeing multi-distribution, multi-carrier agents; roughly 25 team members with skills including sales support professionals, business and quality analysts, and auditors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience in health insurance and knowledge of products and services.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring/auditing or compliance, Medicare preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with CMS guidelines and compliance preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management).
• Experience working with multiple system platforms.
• Quality focused attitude with attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Experience in issue resolution.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage details and execute follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and as a resource for others.

REMOTE REQUIREMENTS

• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure.
• Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection with an existing high-speed internet service.
