Functional Responsibilities:

• Design & Detailing of Clean & Black Utilities.
• Generation and Distribution schemes.
• P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s for Utilities system.
• Should have experience in Basic & Detail Engineering for Mechanical utility equipment, Piping, Instrumentation, Water System, Fire Protection, capacity estimations, Selection of Equipment & Pipe line sizing.
• Project Planning and control, Project Procurement and Project Management in the Pharmaceutical domain.
• Load list, costing of system, Equipment Layout preperation.
• Preparation of Equipment list for utility plant, water plant.
• Preparation of URS & Tender Package.

Desired Skills and Experience Specialties:

• Should have been involved in the formulation (Solid products - tablet/capsules etc.) facility + sterile facilities and API\xe2\x80\x99s
• Experience in API and Biotech is an added advantage
• Candidates having experience in formulation and API/Biotech will be preferred over single domain knowledge
• Knowledge in FAT/SAT pre-commissioning, commissioning of a wide range of utility equipment
• Software: AutoCAD and MS office is a must, Review level knowledge in Revit.
• Good communication skills
• Team player

Experience Bracket:

• 6 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years of experience.
• Pharma exp is most relevant

Job Knowledge: -

• Familiarity with relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides.
• Skill in reading, interpreting and using related documents and drawings prepared by other project groups, vendors.
• Knowledge of the application of engineering and construction materials related to the discipline\'s design responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, design criteria, and codes relevant to the discipline.
• Knowledge of mathematical formulae and design calculations used for engineering.
• General knowledge of technical responsibilities of other groups associated with the total design effort.
• Skill in leading the technical work of less experienced designers/draftsman who share in the design effort.
