Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 7 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the textile industry Knowledge about CNC& VMC turning Machines Knowledge about sheet metal Laser cutting Machine Team Leadership skills CNC Electric Panel Understanding Proficient in Maintenance Documentation & System enforcer Proficient in Preventive Maintenance Activity Creative Problem Solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
