Dear All,

We have an urgent opening with US based company for Delhi location. 

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Diagnosing breakdown problems and their preventive actions.
Should have good hands on knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic& Pneumatics circuits, should be able to read circuits, mechanical drawings.
Responsible for management of Water Plant, RO Plant, STP, ETP and associated equipments.
Responsible for maintaining Process Quality of paint in CED Paint Shop.
Person should have good knowledge of Powder coating and associated process parameters.
Legal and Statutory requirements pertaining to Pollution Control board, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000.
To do Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of paint Shop and Water plant.
Knowledge of CNC, PLC machines.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs;
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs;
Implementation of health and safety policies and procedures in area of responsibility.
Mechanical, Pneumatics &Hydraulic Spares management.
In house repairing of Mechanical, Pneumatics & hydraulics spares.
Compliance to Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
Implementation of system (ISO-9001, ISO-14000 AND OSHAS 18000) based activities.

Exposure :
Business skills - responsible for managing budgets of assigned shops, leading a team and liaising with suppliers;
The capacity to understand a wide range of Maintenance functions and procedures;
The ability to manage shift.
 Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels;
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
The confidence to respond positively when under pressure;
People management skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, EMS and OSHAS system.
