Job Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of injection moulding machines.
Troubleshooting technical problems with injection moulding machines and making necessary repairs.
Collaborating with production teams to minimize machine downtime and ensure on-time delivery of products.
Conducting regular inspections of machines and equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
Evaluating and selecting vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
Developing and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
Analyzing maintenance data and generating reports to inform decision-making.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
Training and mentoring maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Btech/B.E in Mechanical or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of injection moulding machines.
Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with relevant manufacturing standards and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet maintenance deadlines.
Ability to train and mentor maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent Pay: 925,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
