Position Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills required for reporting duties

• Must have a clear understanding of database structures, design and integration

• Understanding of SQL queries

• Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working within Salesforce and backend data systems

• Working with IT and project teams to resolve errors and data issues

• Pulling and consolidating reporting metrics

• Perform data stewardship by identifying data quality discrepancies

• Validating data by visually comparing corresponding data from multiple sources

• Experience reviewing, manipulating, and processing large volumes of data

Basic Qualifications

• Require Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Data Steward, BSA, or data analytics background is preferred, with 2+ years of related experience

• Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team

• Ability to clearly communicate data quality issues and needs

• Excellent English and communication skills via email

• Proven analytical skills, technical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable performing daily repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and proof-reading abilities
