Management Level Senior Manager

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates thought leader - level of knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating proven/thorough knowledge and success with executing and managing consulting and managed services engagements across one or more platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Google etc.) and diverse technologies within a top consulting or managed services Firm;
  • Demonstrating successful experience in client service, having been part of supporting the design, activation or operation of business process focused managed services; and,
  • Possess strategic leadership with track record driving results faster than competition in new markets/solution areas (preferred: Managed services growth, scaling up delivery centers). Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery.
Demonstrates thought - leader level of knowledge managing multiple, complex projects and direct medium to large teams including:
  • Developing and implementing managed service programs;
  • Communicating with external clients and internal staff in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
  • Managing offshore resources in multiple locations;
  • Showcasing collaborative leadership & interpersonal skills, coaching skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries;
  • Leveraging project management and project facilitation skills, especially with leading and facilitating teams and developing client proposals;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs by: Developing and sustaining impactful client relationships; Possessing networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and, Defining resource requirements;
  • Building and developing diverse and inclusive teams;
  • Preparing project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;
  • Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation;
  • Assessing, designing and implementing improvements in business processes within and across functions;
  • Communicating process improvement recommendations to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrating exposure/understanding of automation technologies (e.g. machine learning);
  • Demonstrating industry experience (e.g. Pharma Life Sciences, Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services);
  • Supporting client targeting and proposal development activities;
  • Understanding of managed services support models, pricing and delivery frameworks;
  • Communicating with external clients and internal staff in an organized fashion - preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials to address client needs;
  • Leveraging project management and project facilitation skills, primarily with leading and facilitating teams and developing client proposals;
  • Understanding high level of client services, modeled through ability to develop work approach, project plans and communications to meet/exceed client requirements and establish maximum impact/outcomes;
  • Managing budgets, and collecting and analyzing data to communicate ROI/impact;
  • Executing and distributing communications, messaging, tracking and reporting associated with marketing and sales excellence;
  • Supporting the development of sales strategy and business development plans to support growth areas and global go-to-market priorities;
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies, materials and tactics that enable a differentiated client experience;
  • Understanding of marketing trends and channels that increase demand generation and brand equity; and,
  • Demonstrating experience with Microsoft and Google applications.
