IBM MDM Senior/Principal ARCHITECT

15-18 YRS

PUNE/BANGALORE/HYDERABAD

What\'s this role about?

As MDM Architect, you will be responsible for providing advisory and thought leadership on the provision of MDM strategy, roadmap, and technical architecture leveraging Cloud based platforms, big data technologies, including integration with existing data and analytics platforms and tools. You will contribute in pre-sales and design, implement scalable data architectures, and information solutions covering data security, data privacy, data governance, metadata management, multi-tenancy and mixed workload management, and provide delivery oversight.

Here\'s how you\'ll contribute:

The MDM Architect at Zensar participates in end to end cycle from opportunity identification to its closure and takes up complete ownerships of project execution and provide valuable expertise in the project. You will do this by:

\xc2\xb7 At least two MDM consulting/strategy/roadmap engagements \xe2\x80\x93 directly involved in delivering consulting outputs in the context of customer master.

\xc2\xb7 Responding to client RFI, RFP documents with proper solution design including cost estimates

\xc2\xb7 Understanding customer requirements and create technical proposition

\xc2\xb7 Contributing to SoWs, technical project roadmaps, etc required for successful execution of projects leveraging Technical Scoping & Solutioning approach

\xc2\xb7 Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery

\xc2\xb7 Understanding requirements and writing technical documents

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring code review and developing best practises

\xc2\xb7 Planning end to end technical scope of the project and customer engagement area including planning sprint and delivery

\xc2\xb7 Estimating effort, identifying risk and providing technical support whenever needed

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibility based on dynamic requirements

\xc2\xb7 Leading and mentoring teams as needed

Skills required to contribute:

15-18 Years of Data and Analytics experience with minimum 6-8 Years in Data Architecture and consulting and minimum 4 years in IBM MDM and other MDM technologies like Collibra, Ataccama, Alation etc. Experience / exposure to Azure / AWS / GCP Data Cloud native services is desirable.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2. 4-8 years of Enterprise Data Management experience, minimum of 4 years in a Data Governance Analyst or Lead role in a formal Data Governance program and a Senior Business / Data Analyst role.

3. Strong experience in interviewing and group facilitation.

4. Expertise in IBM\xe2\x80\x99s MDM version 12.0 , 11.x (Advanced Edition) product and IBM Stewardship Center. Hands-on multiple implementation experience

5. Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification

6. Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Agreement, Location)

7. Partner with technical stakeholders to ensure (enterprise, solution, data, integration) architecture reflects organization standards

8. Hands-on multiple implementation experience including proven track record implementing successful MDM initiatives - Sound understanding of master data management concepts.

9. Experience in Customer Master Data Management with Financial domain expertise will be preferred.

10. Experience with Data Governance tools such as Collibra.

11. Experience with Data Catalog tools such as Informatica EDC or Alation.

12. Work closely with team members to guide, implement coding best practices and standard

13. Create design document, solutions document, proactively take ownership of work

14. Good experience in Requirements Analysis and Solution Architecture Design, Data modelling, ETL, data integration and data migration design

15. Well versed with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and similar project delivery methodologies.

16. Experienced in internal as well as external stakeholder management

17. Experience in MDM / DQM / Data Governance technologies like Collibra, Atacama, Alation, Reltio will be added advantage.

18. Azure / AWS / GCP Cloud Data certification will be added advantage.

19. Nice to have skills: Working experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Unix etc.
