Become a member of the CFO Organizations Transformation team at Palo Alto Networks! We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation Analyst with a strong background in Source to Pay (S2P) processes who is excited to join a high growth Company. The role will provide the opportunity to work alongside S2P Leadership to optimize the structure, improve business process, enhance governance, and build scalable solutions for future growth. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of the project lifecycle for Finance software S/4 HANA, exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to deliver game changing business outcomes.
Your Impact
Collaborate with business organizations (Accounting, Tax, IT, Finance, Payroll etc.) to assist in implementation of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement projects- Source to Pay (S2P) related system implementations

Identify and drive improvement and efficiency opportunities within current S2P processes on Tax, Payroll and Treasury and solutions through current or future technology capabilities like SAP S/4HANA, Data Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Execute Finance Transformation projects, governance, and development of process documentation and training materials

Develop and execute system testing to properly account for S2P functions (Including SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Concur, One Source, Group Reporting, SAC, etc.)

Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation

Develop project updates and internal communication within the organization and represent in cross-functional meetings by using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making

Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively

Your Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

5 years of progressive experience managing projects and process improvements within the Master Data, S2P space with 2 years experience with Finance Transformation related experience on S/4 HANA Tax, Payroll and Treasury modules.

Good understanding of software development life cycle with expertise on Planning and Execution of User Acceptance Testing

Core functional consultant / Subject Matter Expert on S/4 HANA FICO areas

Understanding of Master Data Management and its importance in every business process

Ability to build relationships across multiple functions, manage and implement new processes

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency

Proven extensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as thorough abilities utilizing Google Suite

Experience with financial systems, S/4HANA, Workday, Concur, One Source, SAC, Group reporting, BlackLine and Tableau is preferred

Experience with high technology companies in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space is a plus
