Job Description

We are looking for a candidate for the position of SAP C4C Functional Consultant between 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in organizing team initiatives, functional experience in integration with ECC and S/4 HanaResponsibilities

• In collaboration with other team members, provide advice to management and stakeholders, and recommend a course of action for customer relationship management solutions in the following areas: solution scoping, requirements gap analysis, technical feasibility, functional and technical design, configuration, technical architecture and specification, development, testing, production deployment and technical support, ensuring that the application will operate correctly in current and future environments
• Design, configure and develop C4C extensions and integration with enterprise systems, including the future S/4 HANA system
• Create and maintain configurations and authorizations in the SAP C4C solution
• Manage user role/access to the SAP C4C environment, including the full user ID lifecycle
• Configure Account Master Data, and Workflows
• Monitor integrations with other systems
• Responsible for problem troubleshooting, including activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
• Create and maintain documentation according to standards and need
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned

Requirements

• Business or IT degree or equivalent
• Preferred Skills:
• SAP CRM- >SAP C4C Functional, SAP CRM- >SAP C4C Technical
• 3 - 5 years of SAP C4C technical experience including configuration, development, extension, and integration or more implementations of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud
• Experience in:

o Enhancing standard objects and developing custom objects/services in C4Co Developing against the C4C SDKo The ABSL Language and SAP Cloud Application studio Understanding of the C4C data C4C integrations with SAP web services, including for master data management to Data workbench, data templates and conversions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills Results-oriented, self-starter, capable of working independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools Superior attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to self-learn new systems and technologies
