With Minimum Experience of 5-6 Years with Real Estate Developers Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Brand Management: Ensure the consistency and strength of our brand across all marketing materials and platforms. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization. Content Creation: Manage content creation efforts, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and inform our target audience. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive potential buyers and tenants to our properties. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and threats. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
