Their team assists their clients in making their dreams a reality.Role Title: Marketing Manager - Real Estate (Commercial & Residential Projects)Department: MarketingLocation: Lubumbashi-1 & Goma -1 (DR-Congo)Salary - 1500 -2000 USDOverall Purpose of Role: Will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commercial and residential projects, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote commercial and residential projects, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional events.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital content, to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.- Enhance brand visibility and engagement.- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales collateral and support lead generation activities.- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.Requisite Qualification:Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related Field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.Requisite Experience :- Experience with 10-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Real estate Industry.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.- Language Proficiency: English (French would be an added advantage)
