Job Description
Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market.Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements.Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilitiesMulti-task on various projects which are relevant to the company, Provide project information to customers.Responsible for all customer interactions, resolving customer queries.Share the info about the company to every single contact on whatsapp is compulsory.Ability to make customer relation and provide information verbally clearly and effectively.Ability to make customer relation and provide information verbally clearly and effectively.Strong follow-up ability, Follow up customer calls where necessary,Complete call logs and reports and maintained Daily MIS and database.Job Type: Part-time
