Preparing, monitoring, follow-up and proper recording of sales related documents and progressive payments, which includes Booking Form, Option to Purchase, side letters, ancillary statutory documents, notices of progressive payments, handing over documents, defects liability documents.
Prepare and coordinate various advertising and marketing materials and to monitor overall marketing campaign.
Develop marketing and sales strategies.
Manage sales and marketing budget and expenditures. Collecting and analyzing market data.
Plan, coordinate and monitor showflat & sales gallery fit out and getting it operational ready, and there after providing support in its operation.
Preparation of periodical reports for board of directors and other executives.
