Preferably with 1 year Software Sales Experience Prior Experience in BFSI sector will be an added advantage Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets \xc2\xb7 An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally \xc2\xb7 Good IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets \xc2\xb7 A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients \xc2\xb7 Initiative and good decision-making skills \xc2\xb7 The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals \xc2\xb7 The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports \xc2\xb7 The ability to speak a foreign language may be an asset if you\'re dealing with overseas clients. \xc2\xb7 Need to have 2 wheeler with a license and own a laptop. \xc2\xb7 A minimum of a bachelor\'s degree is needed, but a master\'s degree might be preferred to work as a business development manager.
