We are now looking for a candidate with the appropriate skill set for the role of a marketing manager. The position is entirely remote.About The Role:The ideal candidate will play a part in the brand's expansion, has 3 years of expertise with social media and D2C digital marketing, and is exceptional at introducing people to the company online. The position will place a strong emphasis on engaging current customers and social media followers.Creative and analytical thinkers will make the best candidates. To create a marketing plan that will successfully engage the target audience, they will be able to undertake comprehensive market research. They should feel at ease assessing the marketing strategy and working to criticize and enhance its results.The contract's first term may be extended for another year based on performance. The US firm will be the party to the contract.Responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing plan, then implement and improve campaigns across the website, email, SMS, and
other media to generate a great return on investment.
  • In charge of marketing strategies for upcoming product releases and collections
  • Work together, recruit, and interact with content producers and influencers.
  • Create and publish social media content.
  • Work together with media buyers, partners, and agencies to continuously increase Paid Campaigns ROAS
  • Contact reporters and editors to seek press mentions.
  • Identify and put forth ideas and efforts from inside and outside the firm that will help raise general awareness of Laumiare.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of expertise in D2C marketing
  • 1 year of experience managing influencer campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Demonstrable strong
understanding to define, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
