We at International Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. having an Urgent Opening as under:

Profile : Marketing Executive

Requirement Criteria : ANY GRADUATE or MBA fresher with good communication skills.

1. TITLE: MARKETER

2. REPORTING: Station Manager Admin & Finance; GM Marketing

PRIMARY FUNCTION & REQUIRMENTS:

1. Generate own leads for visiting clients

2. Visiting minimum 3 clients per day for marketing ICS services

3. Sending intro / quote same day to visited client through FA-67 (Online system) and update HO marketing coordinator in addition to SM /RM

4. Developing good relationship with business associates, consultants, chambers of commerce etc

5. Market intelligence report consisting name, price, product, strategy etc

6. Representing ICS in exhibitions, seminars, workshop and similar brand building activities

7. Submitting Annual Marketing Plan for individual

8. Closing 5 new certification jobs or PO value 10 time of individual\'s CTC for certification and Closing 20 man-days inspection jobs or PO value 10 time of individual\'s CTC for inspection

9. New employee orientation & induction

10. Review of Annual marketing Plan and taking corrective action if needed

11. Filling FA-67 daily (online Time sheet)

12. Submission of FA-67 (online Time sheet) before cutoff date

SECONDARY FUNCTION & REQUIRMENTS:

13. Responsible for direct marketing for ICS services.

14. Sales of ICS services.

15. Client Co-ordination and Management.

16. Execution of business strategies to achieve the short term and long term targets /goals

17. Generating new client, retaining present clients, bringing back old client and sustaining growth.

18. Identification of potential clients /Communication details /Telephonic contact/Correspondence.

19. Commercial discussion with the client.

20. Contact the prospective client.

21. Respond to enquiry Email QRF & Questionnaire in case of EMS/OHSAS/SRMS/ISMS FC_03A & FC_49 FSMS/HACCP /GMP/cGMP/GAP Questionnaire, FC_42 CE Questionnaire or send it by post to customer.

22. Study the QRF_FC03 and call the client if information is not filled up.

23. Fix meeting for the visit to the customers office and factory/site.

24. Calculate the man-days for document review, preliminary audit, final audit and time required to travel from office to the site to be audited, stay and return.

25. The man-days shall be calculated based on Annex IV for QMS & EMS / ISMS /FSMS /HACCP /GMP /cGMP /GAP /SRMS & Annex 1 of CM 12 C for OHSAS.

26. In case of IMS there could be a reduction in the total no of man-days refer WI/C/34 for audit duration for IMS.

27. Prepare cost estimate FC 01 and get it approved by Station Manager or Station in charge & Activity Manager/Manager Certification for QMS /EMS /ISMS /FSMS /HACCP /GMP /cGMP /GAP /SRMS.

28. Prepare Quotation FC 24 and send it to the customer.

29. Negotiate and finalize the marketing contract.

30. Client Coordinator / Executive Marketing will have to rework the price but keep the man-day intact and not dilute it at any cost and again revise the cost estimate with approval of the Station Manager.

31. Once the quotation is accepted, Contract for Registration Form should be filled up and the contract should be approved by the Station Manager.

32. Providing support to Administration and Finance.

33. Get EMD, Security Deposit etc for tender submission.

34. Preparation of credential for prospective clients.

35. Monitoring tender opening etc.
