Note - It\'s a 3days Work From office & 3days Work From Home. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets. As an IT Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the IT industry, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales growth, and increase market share in the IT sector. 2. Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and analyze customer needs to tailor appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries, providing technical advice, and handling any issues that arise promptly and effectively. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our IT products and services, demonstrating their value proposition to potential clients. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and potential threats, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making. 6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, materials, and digital content that effectively promote our IT solutions, effectively positioning the brand in the market. 7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients, industry experts, and strategic partners. 8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in a B2B environment. 3. Strong knowledge of IT products and services, with a solid understanding of the IT industry and market trends. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels. 5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns. 6. A self-starter who is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools. 9. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
