We are looking for a Marketing Executive to work in the Pearson School Qualification International business in South Asia, with a focus on the markets of India and Bangladesh. The role is responsible for planning and delivery of local marketing campaigns and events, sales team support, marketing budget management and campaign performance data analysis and reporting. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and will work closely with the International Marketing team and the South Asian regional sales teams. Responsibilities Roll-out marketing campaigns created from the international marketing team in your region, considering any local adaptation required and choice of effective local channels. The marketing campaigns will focus on both acquisition and retention and will be delivered across multiple channels primarily PR, events and exhibitions, email, print and sales support tools. Interpret global brand guidelines and ensure they are correctly applied and adhered to locally. Develop high quality content and messaging, where required, to optimise campaign impact and effectiveness for your region. Take responsibility for the planning and delivery of specific sales support and marketing projects as directed by the Regional Sales Director Review and report on campaign and channel performance within key KPI criteria, as directed by the International Marketing team. Report on upcoming activities monthly. Perform specific and ongoing competitor and market analysis. Support the sales teams with changes needed to sales support items to make them suitable for the region. Organise and support the delivery/logistics of an annual customer events programme, attending in person where necessary. Daily marketing budget management and monthly reporting. Sourcing and management of local marketing suppliers Qualifications - External Essential Skills & Qualifications: Undergraduate degree required in marketing Min 1-2 years of customer campaign execution marketing experience or in an advertising/media agency. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written copywriting skills Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work effectively when working on multiple projects at the same time. Great team player who contributes to the team\'s goals and supports other. Confident presenter. Experience working with influencers is desirable. Can confidently build effective relationships with people at all levels, in person and virtually. About You: A commercially minded self-starter who is action orientated. Results orientated, numerate, and skilled with analysing and presenting data. Ability to prioritise, balancing short term demands with long term strategy. Agility to thrive in a changing environment. A strong team player and great at networking across the region and with international teams You take pride in supporting both external and internal customers. Other This role is based in the South India. Chennai is preferred, Bangalore will also be considered. 2 days per week in the Chennai office with 3 days at home. This role will require some travel to events across India and in Bangladesh.
