Job description A. : We are seeking a dedicated and creative Marketing Manager to join our school\'s team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in marketing to help promote our school and enhance its visibility in the community. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that attract prospective students, engage current families, and showcase the unique aspects of our educational institution. B. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Formulate comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the school\'s goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential target audiences. 2. Branding and Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the school. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials. 3. Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels (print, online, social media, etc.). Coordinate promotional events, open houses, and school tours to attract new students. 4. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with school administrators, teachers, and staff to understand the unique selling points of the school. Collaborate with parent-teacher associations and other community organizations. 5. Content Creation: Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website content. Create engaging multimedia content such as videos and images to showcase the school\'s achievements and activities. 6. Enrolment Management: Implement strategies to increase student enrolment and retention. Monitor and analyse enrolment data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently. Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives. 8. Public Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with local media outlets. Respond to media inquiries and coordinate press releases. Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. C.Eligibility: BBA/MBA in marketing 2+ Years work Experience in Marketing Strong understanding of the education sector and the factors that influence enrolment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders.
