Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and supporting various marketing activities and functions to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet business objectives and targets.
• Ability to think and direct marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, CRM, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/ independent contributors to create compelling marketing collateral, including print advertisements, promotional content, and branding material.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in planning and organizing events, festivals, and offers to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Understand challenges and create plans to address them. Track and measure ROI regularly on marketing plans.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for e.g. Design, PR, Content, and Digital Teams as required.
• Vendor management: Identify, manage & ensure timely delivery from vendors of the requirements as per internal procedures and policies, including but not limited to production, print, photography, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor marketing budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
