Job Summary: The Sales Officer for our Company will be responsible for promoting and selling the company\'s seed products to customers. They will be responsible for developing sales strategies and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce, BSC Agriculture, Msc agriculture or a related field.
Experience of 1-2 years as a sales officer in a similar role in the agricultural industry.
Strong knowledge of seed products and the agricultural industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge
