We deliver our information through a range of formats, from newspapers and magazines to conferences and electronic services. An opportunity has arisen for a motivated marketer to join Economist Impact as a Marketing executive. The ideal candidate will be based out of the India office and will be someone who can take ownership of marketing tasks and collaborate seamlessly with the project team. Accountabilities Supporting the project marketing manager in executing marketing tasks Creating, scheduling and managing all social media posts Researching partners and reaching out to establish interest Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports Setting up and managing social sharing software e.g. INGO/ Gleanin (if applicable) Setting up emails Booking, designing and coordinating Economist print and online adverts Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters Assisting with the vetting process Owning and creating UTM links/banners Owning press/ media registrations Creating web listings Monitoring competitor activities Website updates e.g. Expert hub, speakers, partner logos Experience, skills and professional attributes A marketing or business degree or equivalent recognised marketing qualification Proven relevant event marketing experience Excellent written and spoken English and proof-reading skills Commitment to standards of excellence with attention to detail Knowledge of the customer journey, acquisition process and digital marketing channels Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise accordingly and work to tight deadlines Is a team player with excellent time management skills Budgeted Minimum Compensation Budgeted Maximum Compensation
