Job description:

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools.
Conduct through research to understand customers\' needs, pin points, and challenges, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators.
Freshers with good communication skills also welcome.
Civil Candidates will be added advantage.
