About our client Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent. As a Marketing Director - Gynae, you will Be organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events Be tracking leads and opportunities and work with field to enable business development Be working with cross stakeholders for required compliance and legal checks before events are conducted Be working on market/ customer data analysis and generate insights to help develop plan for the Q+1 and Q+2 Be developing event dashboards for leadership view on engagement with customers of cross segments. Be monitoring progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Be collaborating with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. What you already have Experience: 10-20 years, 2-3 years in marketing/ sales Qualification: BSc/MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends) Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities
