Job Overview: The Content and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company\'s objectives and brand voice. This role involves creating a diverse range of content, optimizing the use of technology and automation for efficiency, and providing support for leadership communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple projects, drive engagement, and deliver cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop and deliver high-quality content, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, social media content, and video scripts.
• Create comprehensive marketing kits and brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Utilize technology and automation tools to enhance content creation processes.

Business Support:

• Provide ongoing content creation support for various corporate functions, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all departments.
• Collaborate with teams to understand their content needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Leadership Communication Support:

• Assist in developing content strategies, calendars, and communications for two CXOs, focusing on improving engagement and brand representation.
• Produce weekly reports, process updates, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of leadership communications.

Process Improvement and Reporting:

• Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in using technology and automation for content creation and distribution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in leadership communication and engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
