Marketing and Communications AssistantThis position entails responsibilities in marketing, content development, public relations, events, website, social media and business development. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a MUST-HAVE. We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented individual to create compelling content and marketing material for branding and business development efforts of our practice.The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for design and is able to generate engaging and refined content and collateral within a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong graphic sensibility, exceptional writing skills, a fervent interest in the Architecture & Interior Design industry partnered with good research skills are very important to us.Responsibilities:

  • Produce polished marketing proposals, pursuit packages and other collateral for business development.
  • Social media and website management.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Work towards brand strategy and brand communications.
  • Manage the photography of built projects, award applications, and broader communications materials, building a growing archive for the firm's portfolio.
Keep track of editorial calendars and media lists.
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
  • Conduct research to support PR planning.
  • Support relations with stakeholders, media, vendors etc.
  • Develop and curate brand coherent and relevant content for social media platforms, maintaining a unified brand voice across different channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a social media calendar.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Participate in strategic planning related to Marketing and Communications.
  • Manage Content Development processes, produce and manage key messages maintaining consistency across all media channels, update business portfolios in collaboration with Associates and Designers.
  • Be a part of the Creative Marketing Design team and help prepare and manage budgets for marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing function's development, understands metrics and benchmarking within industry through extensive research, tracks and evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Invent ways to streamline communication and plan execution.
  • Undertake general administrative duties, as assigned.
Required Skillset: Self-starting and highly creative marketing professional with strong writing, planning and organizational skills.A successful candidate for this position will have 1 to 3 years of communications, marketing, and writing experience; proven skills in storytelling through content, graphics, photography, and infographics; and strong management skills.
  • Excellent social listening skills with an ability to understand historical, current and future trends/technologies in the digital space of design and content production.
  • Strong communication skills and (written, verbal and VISUAL) and exceptional storytelling ability to ideate and execute content and campaigns.
  • Research oriented with budget-management skills.
  • Social Media savvy with passion for major platforms and proficiency in management tools.
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite, and digital media formats.
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels relevant to industry.
  • The ability and desire to create content-rich, graphically-beautiful storytelling is a must.
